Across Deep Waters

Underneath the clothes we wear

Scars deep, from memories that scare.

Of a crimson shade,

Things that never fade,

The thorns of a rose,

Cut deep I suppose.

Through tough skin,

A black sin,

However, your love carries,

Forgiven, your cross ferries.

Until later . . . Jonathan Watson
